Abbie's Costume...

We should have joined some friends' Halloween costume party last Halloween...unfortunately, we didn't because "mine" had to work that time so I just stayed at home alone with Abbie; our female Yorkie...maybe next year we will and if we do, I will definitely get one of those pirate dog costume like in the photo above for Abbie...I stumbled upon this particular dog costume while browsing for some plus size fashions for a friend...

Pamper Thyself...

I'm a believer in the saying that goes like this; "Health and Well-Being begin from within"...this is really true because for me, there's nobody else who can love myself and pamper myself than me; myself, And I...I do make sure that I take good care of myself by eating the right and healthy foods, taking my daily vitamins, doing some exercises and other stuffs like that...

Another thing that I do to pamper myself is I do treat my skin to special and relaxing treatments like warm and nice hot bath, full body massage, facial massage and even manicure and pedicure too...like I said, health and well-being begin from within ourselves and these things will not only make us feel beautiful from the inside but it will show on the outside too...

I was just browsing through some old pics I have in my cellphone when I found her pics that I took when I last visited home...I just love how her eyes seems to shine so bright when she smiles...that's real happiness right there...reminds me of the song with the lyrics that goes like this: "In the eyes of a child, there is joy, there is laughter...there is hope, there is trust"...oh, I remember now, it's Air Supply's "In The Eyes Of A Child"...

DIRECTTV: Good & Better TV...

When it comes to watching TV, I always like watching those informative and interesting shows...most of the time, it would be cooking shows, designing and D-I-Y shows, and those shows in Animal Planet and Discovery Channel...

Being a stay-at-home wife, I need a lot of things that will occupy me when hubby is working...and one of these things is watching TV...but this digital cable TV is getting a little bit more expensive these days and sometimes, I find that they keep on repeating shows over and over again especially those prime time movies...

My Beloved Fern...

I'm glad I decided to bring my beloved fern inside the house...I was just reading the weather forecast for the next couple of days and I found out there will be scattered frost tonight and early tomorrow...as we all know, these frosts are the one responsible for the plants and flowers that die during the fall-winter season...

I just hope that the temperature and the condition inside the house is not bad for my fern...I did put near the window so it can still get sunlight...

It actually added a little "green" color in the living room and I particularly love the terracotta pot I got for it from Lowes...

New Mantle Clocks For Me...

I have always been fascinated with clocks...especially those elegant-looking and classically-designed ones...back in our farmhouse, I saw in the master's bedroom a very nice-looking mantle clocks...when I asked "mine" where he got it, he said it was a gift for him from a friend...
